furniture that Earl built entirely by himself.
Earl
and his tractor pull yet another parade float displaying his craft
handiwork in the annual Kinkora Day parade. Madeline Roberts and
Mary Keefe wave from their perch on the float.
Kinkora Regional High School appears in the background.

Parade.
This unique float features a replica of the Monaghan Thresher
which Earl built by himself. The original and historic Monaghan
Thresher was designed and created by Earl's grandfather Ambrose
Monaghan and Earl's uncle, John Monaghan. Riding along on the
parade float with Earl are his daughter Anne Keefe (photo right)
and an unidentified youngster.
Earl
Keefe rides along in the "Winter
in Middleton" sleigh and float both
of which he built for the Charlottetown Old Home Week Parade in
1985. Enjoying the ride along the parade
route with Earl are his daughter, Linda [photo left] and Middleton
neighbor, Kay McCardle.
