Clair Alphonsus Gallant was born in Newton, P.E.I. on June 8,
1923. He was the second of ten children born to John C. and Lena
(Shreenan) Gallant.
His
grandparents were Frank and Fanny (McIver) Gallant.
St. Clair never married. He died
in Toronto, Ontario on October 11, 1994.
