My name is Linda Keefe-Trainor and it has been my pleasure and honor to have created this website. It has been truly a labor of love putting it all together and I know Dad would have been very proud of it indeed. Back in 1835, my great, great grandfather, John O'Keefe, immigrated to Canada from County Cork, Ireland. He was one of the first settlers in Kinkora, Prince Edward Island. In 1980, his descendants gathered from far and wide to participate in the 1st Keefe Family Reunion. Since then, we have continued to gather together every five years to enjoy each others company amidst the beautiful scenery of Prince Edward Island. Keefe Family Reunion 2005 (July 29th-July 31st) was a great success as once again, we had the truly fortunate opportunity to visit and spend time with so many of our relatives whom we haven't seen in awhile and of course also be introduced to some new Keefe family members while remembering those who are no longer with us since our last reunion. |

| I hope you will appreciate the many features and details of this site. I've had a lot of fun putting it together, especially the personal touches such as using a picture of our own family's old homestead as the Home page button. And what better representation for the Links page could there possibly be than the Confederation bridge which after all, "links" PEI to the mainland. It is in fact, truly the biggest "link" in the world! You will find a link to our Guestbook at the bottom of this page and also on our links page.
